I had the opportunity to tour this research and lab space. The interior space is completely new with a beautiful but functional design. In addition to bench space, there are also private or shared offices. The common space -- including kitchens, conference rooms, and event areas -- are welcoming, and somewhere I'd be proud to host clients. It's a great place to hang out and network with other innovators. Definitely take a look if you're in the market for leasing lab space or office space.

You need to be careful if your a vendor or supplier. They are a slow pay at best.
Mass Innovation Labs is an incredible ecosystem of innovation. Great companies, large and experienced team, and excellent record of R&D acceleration. The space is beautiful as well.
