I’ve been using Smarthost to manage several of my properties and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better service. The team are super friendly, quick to respond, and always take great care of both the guests and my homes. It’s made being a landlord so much easier and stress-free. I’ve tried other companies before, but Smarthost really do stand out – they make everything feel simple and well looked after. Couldn’t recommend them enough!t, very clean, close to the bus station
They get a call that the adjoining flat has been affected by noise so much it caused a suicide attempt, so don't bother to follow up or call back and keep renting the place out, yes? This is going to be in the papers soon and every owner and investor will be named, to join the Sunday Times article about Smarthost from the 12th July 2025 which everyone should read; and solicitors are now putting something together. I had an absolutely amazing time during my stay! The property was spotless — everything was super clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place welcoming and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the amenities were exactly as described (if not better!), and every little detail was considered.
