I've been going to Smart Therapy on and off for over four years. The therapists have helped me enormously. The care is thorough and thoughtful. I've never had trouble with them answering the phone.
Amazing therapists. These are the premier PT's in the DC area.
An interminably long hold of 9 mins. just to reach the office, followed by another 7 min. hold for the receptionist who took my call and put me on hold immediately, to come back on the line. No thanks.
