Had an ongoing problem with slow loss of pressure in my heating system causing boiler to cut out. Contacted Smartheat once boiler had been eliminated from being the cause,which suggested a system leak, which wasn’t obvious. Arranged an engineer visit for next week but then leak revealed itself! Updated Smartheat re leak in radiator pipe and heating off, and they managed to get engineer Will to come out same day, no extra charge to repair the pipe. Very tidy and efficient work. My supply was shut off as the installers of my boiler had not soldered the joints of the gas supply pipe. I rang around but no one could help. I called Smartheat. They were really helpful. Could send someone later the same day. The heating engineer arrived later that same day and resolved the problem as indicated on the phone. I’ll definitely use them again.
