The mouthguard was a perfect fit and Daren was very thorough with his work and accommodating as he helped me with the impression and updated me each step of the way. This is the best mouthguard that i have ever gotten and for a very reasonable price, as other places I called were all charging alot more.
The most unprofessional person i’ve dealt with my whole life coming from a person who works in a professional field. Came to my gym and said he’ll be there 6:30-8pm to take impressions for mouth guards. I get there at 7:30pm and was told he left because he doesnt want to wait for people?? I’m told hes coming back at 10:30am in a few days to drop off mouthguards at the same gym and is willing to take more impressions. Best mouth guard I've ever had. I have a really bad gag reflex and tried different mouth guards. Even other custom made ones, none of them worked for me. These mouth guards cause 0 gag reflex and allows me to talk while wearing it. I highly recommend smartguards
Absolutely amazing experience dealing with Smart Guards and Darren. I ordered a custom night guard and tried for a week. I sent a message to Darren because there was a slight problem. I was given simple, complete and clear instruction on how to fix the problem. Darren followed up with me to find out if the problem was addressed and resolved. Great experience from start to finish and at less than half the price charged by dentists for a product that is not nearly as good as the Smart Guard. Thank you Smart Guard.
