Smartflow carried out some very complicated pipework for us to try and improve our water flow. They worked tirelessly to overcome every obstacle which included liaising with numerous neighbours, tracking pipes that disappeared under people's extensions and, where necessary laying new pipes and installing new stopcocks to ensure everyone was kept connected. Communication with the office and the workmen was excellent throughout and we were very happy with the results, as were our neighbours.
During the past 9 days, the Smartflow team have worked above and beyond what we could ever have expected, to fix leaks in the mains water pipeline serving our South Yorkshire Hamlet of 19 properties. I had good deal of hesitation on posting this revie. I apologize for being long . However, the implications that it could have had on my apartment is serious and I had to share my experience. I contacted smartflow for clogged kitchen sink. The service is well organized when it comes to handling phone calls and providing someone to come and visit on short notice. Great, efficient service with an incredibly hard working team. Resolved a supply pipe issue for me quickly and where issues arose, these were resolved fast and within the initial quoted costs.
Great service, speedy response to our need for a replacement shower, great communication with the office & Mark the engineer. He (Mark) was very efficient, phoned me to tell me he was on his way. Discussed what he was going to do & confirmed exactly what we wanted. Can’t fault him, would recommend. Thanks
