Unprofessional, never on time, very poor work ethics and rushed at the end to get the check. I will have to have an actual professional fix some mistakes he made. This experience was very shocking as I had a positive experience several years ago. Will never recommend again as his behavior and work has been a complete change from 5+ years ago.
They are well dedicated to the job and they make sure the customer is always satisfy doing the job. I just want to tell them to keep up the good work. They do amazing job. And if anybody need there Flooing done make sure they call them they do the job done right and I’ll take care of you

BUYER BEWARE! We hired Smart Floors - Wayne and Carrie Thibodeaux two years ago to do our floors. THEY TALK THE TALK, BUT DON'T WALK THE WALK! Led us a long for over three months. Partially installed. What was installed was poorly done. They would start, work an hour, then leave for another job/s. When I would threaten, they would put in hours. Do not use Wayne and these people. Strung me along for a week with your basic excuses of not being done with other jobs. Then said he wouldn't make it and now will not refund money. Won't return text messages now and will hang up on calls. It seems that they used to do good work but something changed around a year ago and now nothing but negative reviews. Scam Contractor with childish business practices.
