Hi all My hot water was reduced to only a trickle, I called Smartfix first thing in the morning and explained my situation, without any delay they had 2 amazing young plumbers, Aidan and Shayla come to my home access the issue,, they replaced the tempering valve and the heating rods, Aidan and Shayla were such friendly and professional workers cleaning up after completing their job. I highly recommend this company Smartfix and both Aidan and Shayla Thank You 😊
The electrician that turned up did a great job, on time, as quoted and neat. BUT the guy who came out to quote was slipperier than a used car salesman. Basically convinced me that my house would burn down without a full rewire. Got other opinions. The $5000 plus quote they gave to "fix" everything (admittedly, reasonable for the work a rewire would take) was later resolved for $500. Mark and Tyler of Smartfix were prompt , very professional, extremely polite tradespeople i have ever had the honor if working on my home, they installed 2 outdoor lights and a security sensor light and a could not be happier. Upon completion they explained everything to me that i need to know and left my premises nice and tidy too. Would highly recommend Mark and Tyler to anyone wanting quality tradesmen to work at their home, thanks guys.
