Smartfit studio is such an inviting and awesome place to work out! I had a big break with my ankle injury and the wonderful trainers there are very knowledgeable and caring. I love working out there and would recommend them to everyone!

I approached smartfit for help with managing a chronic pain condition, which after years of attending physical therapy and specialists to no avail was relieved within my first two months of training! I will always have some pain, but it's now at a manageable level - weightlifting has truly changed my life for the better. I started with a trainer who has since left but for the last several months I have been with Elizandra and she's a fantastic trainer - she's very motivating, sometimes even joining in on some of the exercise... read more

I have been training at Smartfit with my wife for a couple of months now and Eli is our trainer. It’s such a great vibe and Eli and her routines are great - with each session visiting all muscle groups. She pushes us just the right way and we are seeing results fast and getting stronger every week! The flexibility of Smartfit is exactly what works for us and Eli is just a message away if we need to tweak our timings rather than miss a session.
