We have just had SmarterBATHROOMS+ renovate our Kitchen, Main Bathroom, Ensuite, Laundry and Powder room. From the onset we have felt like we were in good hands. From our designer Tintin, to our Project Manager Nick and all the tradies, they have been fantastic to deal with. Yes, issues arose, but the Project Manager worked with us to overcome those issues. We cannot recommend Smarter Bathrooms highly enough! From start to finish they were professional, communicative and a pleasure to deal with. The designer Grace, Project Manager Mirnes and entire team and trades were professional, polite and the best we have ever dealt with. They took such considerate care of our home and quite often ran ahead of time. We love our new en-suite bathroom and walk in robes! It is better than we could have ever imagined! Over the past eight years, Smarter Bathrooms have successfully renovated my home three times, and I can't praise them highly enough. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.
Smarter bathrooms recently completed a project for us (Dec 2024) which involved a redesign of our master bedroom, ensuite bathroom and a new walk-in wardrobe. Like most projects, there were some ups and downs but the end result that was delivered by the team is great and we are very happy with the finished outcome.
