We’ve now used SmarterBATHROOMS+ for a second renovation, and once again we’re so happy we did. From start to finish, the entire process was organised and stress-free. The team were a standout, thanks to Ava, Hettel & Tim - they were professional, approachable, and committed to delivering a high-quality renovation. Smarter Bathrooms were excellent from the very first contact to the last. The design staff were attentive to my needs and concerns and worked with me to create the designs. The site Manager was very accessible and easy to communicate with. He gave me a timetable and everything occurred on the day it was scheduled. The tradies were courteous and skilled workers. Bathroom looks amazing. Tim managed the works seamlessly and all contractors were very professional and respectful. Very happy with the process and the outcome. I don’t think they are the cheapest but you get what you pay for. And the end result was a low stress process and beautiful bathroom as a result.
