This was our second time using Smarter Bathrooms and once again they were excellent. Communication was clear and consistent, they were responsive and flexible throughout, and the trades were professional, friendly, and highly skilled. They even finished earlier than expected! A genuinely stress-free experience - highly recommend!!!
Thanks to Smarter Bathrooms, I now have a bathroom I absolutely love that truly reflects the theme of my inspiration pictures. Majed, Dee, Amanda, and the team were professional and patient throughout the entire process—even with the added joy of dealing with body corporate in the mix. Their support made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and completely manageable.
From planning to completion, Dee (designer), Deepthi (detailer), Nick Long (project manager) and the wonderful team of trades (from demolition to final touches - carpenter, plasterer, electrician, tiler, caulker, plumber, glazier) have given us the most beautiful new bathroom. This is a highly professional outfit from the initial consultation and design to an incredibly straightforward contract, expert friendly trades, outstanding workmanship and superb, efficient project management with great communication.
