I got my nails done here for the first time by Kristy and she quite literally ate down. The nail art is like an exact replica of my reference photo. She was super knowledgeable and took her time to make sure my nails were up to her standards. She was also just so fun to chat with and really made the experience 10/10.

I really liked this place because the nail techs are so kind, but unfortunately I had a painful experience this time. I’ve been to this salon multiple times and today during my appointment, my nails burned a lot while she was working on them, to the point where I was tearing up in the salon with my mom who is very furious. That shouldn’t be happening during a normal service. Afterward, my cuticles were very irritated, red, and sore because they were handled too aggressively. We had a great time coming to get pedicures to get ready for a wedding this weekend!! The staff was very accommodating for our party size and the pedicures were great!

Celine and cece are so funny. My boyfriend and I had pedicures and it was very relaxing. I have actually tried the other nail salons in Hoover and always end up coming back to smarter nail spa. My nail color always matches the picture and everyone is so nice.
