We had Richard install replacement windows, and re side our home earlier this year. We couldn’t be happier with the work that he did. He’s honest, trustworthy, reliable and he does great work. We would not hesitate to use him for any future projects, and we recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor on the Cape.
Rich, the owner, does the work himself, shows up on-time (early actually!), is fairly priced, involves you in the details and steps of the process, leaves no trace when he leaves, and most importantly does high quality work! Can’t think of much else I could want in my contractor!
I can't say enough about how great it was to have found Richard to renovate our old house on the Cape. It was in pretty bad shape and needed lots of work - siding, roof, windows, and a bunch of other stuff to get it back in shape. Richard was amazing. He offered some really great suggestions, and most importantly would talk with me for hours about what we wanted to accomplish for this house. HIGHEST of recommendations for Richard. You won't be disappointed.
On Cape Cod, it can be difficult to find builders who know what they are doing and are also responsive, professional, thorough and fairly priced. Richard at Smarter Home is all of those things. We are thrilled with the outcome of our deck project - it's built with extreme attention to detail and precision - solid and stable, practical and functional, and looks beautiful. Richard Denardo of Smarter Home Inc. did extensive work to our summer home in North Falmouth, MA. He replaced the roof, seventeen windows, and installed vinyl siding on the entire house. Additionally, he renovated our sun porch by installing Shiplap siding and painting the entire room. Richard's work is exceptional and we couldn't be happier.
