Solid gym! Vedo and Kathy were awesome. Shoutout to the members who also helped me thru the flow of the workout. Great equipment, nice layout, and clean space. You’re definitely getting a good workout at this place.

One of the best gyms I've been to. Vedo and Kathy are awesome and make sure you feel welcome and comfortable with the workouts. They offer to help you on your form whenever needed. Workouts are generally a mix of cross fit, hiit, and cardio, and they will definitely give you challenge.
