What a WAIST of time and resources. I went back and fourth with this company looking to secure a equipment loan and after many times requesting additional documentation nothing came together. I emailed the president of the company and asked him to look into this but nothing he could leverage and he was the President of the company. Whoever they use for financing projects they need to NEVER use them again AND we were only requesting a 15k equipment loan. Jennifer was amazing to work with! She’s super knowledgeable and helpful where she can be. 10/10 recommend.
Customer service is horrible, they promise they will help you, they never return phone calls and you can never talk to anyone. You have to leave a message and they might call you back on another day. They want so much information about you and your bank accounts. All they need to ask is your blood type too. Been trying for about 1 month now and just get promises and no luck.
