Darrel was super efficient, and did a fantastic job restoring our roof to looking brand new, highly recommend his services.
Contracted to restore roof (clean/replace tiles/repoint/paint roof) then paint eaves. Poor quality, poor attention to detail. Painted over flaking paint and moss/lichen that should have been removed during prep. repointing incomplete, considerable overspray to walls, guttering, patio, balcony, balustrading. Poor rectification - repointed 'rectified' by stuffing sand into cracks and painting over. some overspray remains. undercoat still showing in some spots - never properly painted. Had a disappointing exp with service provided by Darrel. Got off to a good start and in addition to roof restoration he put in a quote for painting we also needed done on our large home reno project. Worth noting he is NOT a Registered Painter (though he claimed to have 20-30 years exp in house painting) and sadly the end result on painting was not good and most of it had to be re-done.
