My phone carrier said I needed a new device. Had an extra device and didn't remember any of my passwords. Came to Smarteks and Curtis transferred all my data and passwords in no time.
It's the only fix it place in Barstow so I figured they would charge an arm and a leg and they didn't. Price was fair for my broken screen. It took while to get it fixed but not because of them but a parts issue. Overall I'm happy with it. I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 because there was a little communication issue but nothing that wojld prohibit me from using them again. Good store, good price and good service. Will be back should I need something else fixed.

I dropped my phone face down flat on my kitchen tile floor. The screen didn't Crack but the screen did go black. I could still hear alerts coming in, my phone still synced to my car radio. I submitted my claim with my carrier. I get my "new" phone and after calling everyone in B-twn, no one is able to transfer my data. SmarTeks was last on the list due to their hours of operation.
