You are charging people out of their consent i been charge just passing on your trolley this is scam i been charged 5 times already you dont have a telephone number on your website and the reviews for refunds almost zero i tried to email you i bought the rfid wallet for security how your system scam commuters, passersby imagine how many people you charging in a year without consent this need to be investigated#newsmelbourne
Very bad. Tried 4 x to pay for a trolley at the Sydney domestic airport, but the cart would not release. 4x payments removed from my account. Scam!
Disgusting Brisbane smarte cart took my money 4 times and didn't give me a trolley. RIP off Met another man that day who said the same happened to him Thank you for your response I CONTACTED YOUR REFUND DEPARTMENT only to receive a reply a week later asking me to once again explain what happened. Saturday 7th September Brisbane domestic airport charged 4 times and still no trolley then watched as it happened to another 3 people called no. No answer then finally Wednesday spoke to a man who said someone would be in touch now Friday 13th still waiting on any contact from Smarte cart RIPPED OFF DO NOT USE. made a complaint with Brisbane airport and consumer affairs
BNE Airport, Domestic. Used their service twice in the last 8 months, didn't get any receipts which are required by the company I work for. I had to call them several times to get a receipt, waste of time, expensive. Luggage trolleys are free in most good airports, not in this case. $5 for a 2 minute walk to the check-in area? really?
