Fabulous porter service at EWR by the supervisor Mr Albert Desilva
I arrived yesterday into EWR. I see that the price for a SmarteCarte is now $6. $6! That is outrageous, in my opinion. Most other cities in the world provide free luggage carts. It gives the USA a terrible perception when you charge this outrageously high fee to people arriving from overseas who may well not have a credit card that works in the US. Shame on you!
