Had a very good experience. Filled out the interview questions and received a diagnosis (which I already knew so why spend the time and money going to urgent care or pcp) and a prescription sent to my pharmacy all within 15 min. So convenient and affordable, was able to do it from the comfort of my home. Would definitely recommend

I don’t have time to go to an emergency room or doctors office. SmartDocMD took minutes instead of hours and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Time and money. I still have both.

Working with SmartDocMD has been an honor of mine. The fact that SmartDocMD is willing to help so many for such a small price, I knew I was dealing with not just company offering services but offering so much more! Empathy, Sympathy, and Integrity to the fullest sums up the entire company and mission. SmartdocMD is an amazing medical service. Instead of waiting 2 hours at the urgent care for a chest infection in the middle of the work day, I was able to get professional help from real doctors from my desk at work. Highly recommended.

I'm extremely pleased with the entire process and ease of using SmartDocMD. I was prescribed the proper medication and I'm feeling much better. The attending physician even followed up with me to ensure all was going well.
