Horrible. Overcut hair I believe just to make it seem like she earned the money. Just listen to what the customer wants lady idc if it takes 10 seconds as long as it’s what I want. Less yapping more focus.

We have Been here quite a few times , a couple months ago we went in and took a seat and waited and waited and waited, a chair came available and out of nowhere a fellow walked in and took the seat after we waited a little over 30 mins waiting patiently. So we get up to leave and the woman proceeds to tell us that he was there before us and he was waiting in his car . I go every 3 weeks to get my hair cut here and every time the staff is always friendly . very interactive with the clients . I get Jessica to cut my hair and beard she does a fantastic job. she knows exactly what I want when I walk in and sit down on the chair
