First doctor ignored my concerns, didn’t do any investigations, referred me on to a specialist who I did not qualify for because the doctor hadn’t done any initial testing. I waited a month only to get rejected by the specialist. Fortnight wait to get back in with the initial doctor so thought I’d book Telehealth with a different doctor at the practice to get help sooner. Waited 45 minutes over my appointment time.
