From the moment I made my appointment and greeted by the lovely and helpful reception staff I was feeling pretty much at ease. It’s really great when your first step into the medical Center that the staff are pleasant and helpful. I had an appointment with Doctor Louisa Sondergeld and was crossing my fingers that I had found a great Doctor with this being my first visit. Me and my family are seeing Dr Shane Sodergeld and Dr Szabo for years and they are both knowledgeable and respectful. Could not be happier to be under their care.
Bookings are necessary but wait time is minimal.
My main gp Dr Bond is fantastic and this review is not about her. While she has been on leave i have been seeing Dr Szabo, who up to this point has been mostly apathetic. Today though, I went in for a regular 3 monthly Depo injection, before hand I am meant to see a doctor, discuss it, talk about any concerns or symptoms, then get my injection. Instead I was rounded into the surgical area and told that my depo injection wasn't acceptable contraception and that I'm at risk of bone density issues, all in the open space of this... read more
