While Smart CleanUp LLC started off strong with great communication — reminders, clear expectations, and a professional approach — the experience quickly went downhill. Our initial deep clean missed several basics (vacuuming, under beds, windows, streak-free glass, and even damp bed sheets). When I raised it, they were polite and promised improvements, which they mostly delivered the next time — except they charged extra for windows they’d missed during the original deep clean.
