The script for my medication was sent 2 weeks ago. Today, after not hearing anything, I called the phone number provided to me. The person who I spoke with was kind of rude, but I brushed it off. I send over all of the insurance information through their text message line, as requested around 11:30 am, with no response. At 5:30 pm, I recieve a text message from them saying "THAT'S A COUPON WE NEED THE PRIMARY INS FIRST", when I had already sent over my insurance information.
