Greatly appreciate the good service
Has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! Their staff is incompetent. And I’m being kind with that! Messed up on the delivery of the pod to begin with then missed not one but two pick up appointments and then missed not one not two but three re-delivery appointments and I had to threaten to chop up their pod with a chainsaw and throw it in my dumpster to finally get them to come out and pick it up for them only to tell me they wanted to charge me another fee after they had missed three pick ups and then decided t... read more
3 DAYS LATE ON DELIVERY, HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE MOVERS, BARELY GOT OUT OF MY HOUSE ON TIME BEFORE HANDING OVER THE KEYS TO THE NEW HOMEOWNERS. MADE MY MOVE A NIGHTMARE!! I CALLED AND THEY SAY TO EMAIL MANAGEMENT. I HAVE EMAILED THEM 3X WITH NO RESPONSE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT RELIABLE TO GET DELIVERED ON TIME.
