I've had two Smartboxes. The first when I decluttered in order to prepare my house for sale which I packed myself with the help of really good friends. I added some things to that over time. The second was when I moved out of my house just prior to settlement and that was packed by a Smartbox team. I cannot speak highly enough about both experiences. From my first enquiry, to the box being driven off to storage, the professionalism of the Company was evident. Excellent , on time service and assistance. Highly recommended The redelivery service was just as good. Efficient, on time, and thoughtful. Again highly recommended.
A lot of love for this crew. When the original removalist’s van broke down with only 12 hours’ notice, they found us an interstate replacement within 30 minutes. It was inconvenient for everyone, but they handled it with real kindness. Big shout-out to Ian.
Couldn't recommend SmartBox highly enough. Everything from sales, customer service, delivery and the movers were so efficient and made the whole process so smooth and painless. Liam was so helpful the whole way through, answering all of my questions and emails.
