Great Service, very useful in learning what your body is made up of, and what changes you need to make. 100% worth it.
I was most impressed by the level of detail, especially targeting the different parts of your body. Duncan went to great lengths to explain everything in a way that I could easily understand it. Wow this SmartBody scan has really helped me with my fitness journey. The detail you receive is incredible, weight, muscle mass, fat mass, BMI, % Body fat and lots more.
