This company keeps charging me even though I never ordered. Disputed 1st charge and won now they charge me again, never got anything from them soon as learned it was a subscription I cancelled, still got anothet unauthorized charge, will dispute again. I would never buy from such an unscrupulous company.
We’ve generally had a good experience with PillPack, but a recent prescription change for my Wife exposed a serious breakdown in coordination and follow-through. My wife’s doctor adjusted a dosage and sent two prescriptions—one to our local pharmacy and one to PillPack. Pure garbage. Amazon is cheapening its insurance quality, and you get to talk to a customer service center in India that has no idea what you are talking about. Amazon employment and insurance are worthless.
This company, A. Z. Pharmacy LLC try to charge my debit card. But this charge they try to put through was 5 days I had my bank contacted me because of a different fraudulent charge on this card. I had never signed up for, have ever used, or have ever even heard of this pharmacy before.
