UPDATE: We've moved all our prescriptions to a small, local, independent owned Pharmacy and are very happy with being able to deal face to face with a human and get questions answered promptly... and the cost of our medications has been less than Pillpack! For Senior Citizens, I would definitely not recommend using PillPack if you expect any new meds or medication changes unless you like having your orders mixed up, not receiving meds on time, a lot of aggravation and time on the phone trying to straighten out problems. This company keeps charging me even though I never ordered. Disputed 1st charge and won now they charge me again, never got anything from them soon as learned it was a subscription I cancelled, still got anothet unauthorized charge, will dispute again. I would never buy from such an unscrupulous company.

We’ve generally had a good experience with PillPack, but a recent prescription change for my Wife exposed a serious breakdown in coordination and follow-through. My wife’s doctor adjusted a dosage and sent two prescriptions—one to our local pharmacy and one to PillPack. Due to a misunderstanding, the PillPack prescription was mistakenly redirected to the local pharmacy, which caused PillPack to show the medication as already filled elsewhere.
