Pure garbage. Amazon is cheapening its insurance quality, and you get to talk to a customer service center in India that has no idea what you are talking about. Amazon employment and insurance are worthless.
This company, A. Z. Pharmacy LLC try to charge my debit card. But this charge they try to put through was 5 days I had my bank contacted me because of a different fraudulent charge on this card. I had never signed up for, have ever used, or have ever even heard of this pharmacy before.
I absolutely love Pill Pack. The customer service is incredible, you can get someone on the phone immediately, I have never had a bad experience and have been using them for almost 2 years. So so happy with their service!
It's absolutely the worst company to deal with. They lost my 90-day supply of medication costing me another trip to the doctor and a $225 doctor visit fee to get re-evaluated and a new prescription put in. (Because you can't just tell a doctor it was lost in shipping and magically get a new prescription these days.) And to top it all off they used up 90 days' worth of my prescription benefits so I also have to pay $185 to the local pharmacy to get my pills. $410 out of my pocket for their carelessness.
