Terrible service, very rude customer service, vague contract and total waste of money. There’s never anyone to answer your phone calls when the system is not functioning and occasionally you will get a extremely rude lady who has no business in customer service to make it worse, for your own good stay away from such companies who want to get paid for doing nothing, cameras don’t record anything
I am a client of SMART4U for three years in my present location, and three years in my previous house. They install a complete wireless alarm system and two exterior cameras in my house. The equipment functions OK. The system is monitored by the company and on my cellphone. The reason I gave them four stars is because they are never on time to investigate a malfunction.
