Absolutely disgraceful! From the moment I picked up my car I have had nothing but problems. They originally told me there was a bracket that needed fixing and they were waiting on the part to be delivered, 2 months later they finally get my car booked in, to then tell me the wrong part was ordered but miraculously managed to get the correct part delivered the next morning! I have little knowledge on cars but they explained everything to me so I felt really informed by the time I bought my car. I had initially come in for a pricier car but after discussing my needs, they directed me to a car more suitable and affordable for me. Definitely recommend, the staff, especially Ahmed and Shams, were incredibly helpful and patient.
