Went there yesterday. Paid $19 for the Lava wash. The guy asked me what wash I got because it wasn’t showing. Said either the car before me or after me might have gotten it. Showed him my bank app with the charge. He sent me through. Guess what? I did NOT get the Lava wash! And my front grill was/ is still dirty! I hope the other car enjoyed my upgrade. Not happy
inspected my vehicle prior to car wash. after the car wash had damage to my vehicle. of course they claim there is no way their car wash did the damage. filed a claim with them but the owner said nope no way and hung up on me. owner also said unfortunately their video wasn't working at the time I went thru the wash. shady shady. posted about it on a local site and so many ppl have had the same experience and same poor customer service.
high-end price low-end wash. been a few timws with my truck not once have they hit the wheel wells. dryers are subpar at best and winshield is always left as dirty as when it came in.
I rarely post negative stuff like this but I will NEVER go to the Quaker Road car wash again. I spent $15 and my car came out covered in soapy pink wax dripping from it. I went in and complained. I asked if they’d put my car thru again or give me a refund and the guy said “that’s just how the machine works. It’ll be fine. The wind will dry it off...just come back in Monday & give the manager hell.” (No refund!) RecommendedDaryl is awesome. I was having issues with my window tag not working correctly for about 9 months. it seemed like no one could fix it. I told Daryl my problem he fixed it in 3 minutes. Bravo!!!!!
My car was still filthy after going through the SGF wash. I had paid extra for tire shine and the tires were dull. My windows and mirrors have soap spots all over them. I went to the office and the gentleman would not put my car through again. I would NEVER recommend this car wash to anyone!
I signed up for the monthly wash yesterday. The gentleman who took care of me was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The process was quick and efficient. I was thrilled with the wash as well. I couldn’t recommend Smart Wash any stronger. Thank you!
