‼️‼️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️⛔️⛔️⛔️they gave me dock 10, then they said 12, and when they loaded it they said that I should have been where dock 10 was, so they loaded me with the wrong load,and now they will unload and load it for another 3 hours🤦‍♂️

Liz at the gate was excellent! Straight forward instructions and no bs! Just know, there is no on site parking and no where close to park. You can arrive prior to your appointment, but not before 8am. You will then be told to park in the hold lot and Liz will give you a call with your door assignment. this is dog food so make sure you slide your fifth wheel before you load. There is no scale on site, but if you leave and are overloaded, they will reload you with a proof of scale tickets.

I have been delivering to Smart Warehouse for years. They do a great job with getting everyone checked in and unloaded or loaded in a timely fashion.

I have been to this facility multiple times with 2 different companies. Never had a problem 8am appointment to unload today 3 trucks in front of me empty at 9. Miss Liz is very courteous.
