On August 27th at 2:15 (arrival time) from meridian middle school towards the high-school, the bus did not arrive on time, and was an entire 15 minutes late, at that point I could have waited another 20 minutes for the 2:40, i can understand 5 minutes which is stated on smart website but anything else is ridiculous. 1x driver grabbed my phone when asked how to use umo app.I think it's disgusting because I don't know where his hands have been.What's worse is he didn't know I was scratching my balls minutes before and not over my jeans but full on scratching with good reason.He then got that on his personal water bottle,all over steering wheel and even touched his face.I am not trying to do this on purpose to anyone but this was end result.Now he spoke with heavy accent and broken english which I don't care.All he had to know is,"hold pho... read more

The free rides are convenient but as a developing City they have some work to do in regards to inclusivity for all community members . For instance do not ride the bus anywhere from 11:00 to 1:00 this is around the time that bus drivers take a break or shift swap and there is an hour wait time during those times which is entirely inconvenient for folks who work around this time and use public transportation to get to work.
