There seem to be only 4 drivers left who treat the passengers humanely. I witnessed one female with short auburn hair, who is a bus driver, literally screaming at a woman with a broken foot, on crutches, telling her that she should've taken dial a ride. That is discrimination. That woman is entitled to ride the bus if she wishes to. This drive is the worst one. Thinks she can scream at people and degrade them.

Best commute service in the Moscow with very kind people, very generous, helping in nature. Here you can find buses from West route and east route of Moscow and the best part is that both the routes are freely available on all working day from Monday to Saturday from 6:45 AM to 6:45 PM and they are really good drivers they have multiple stops And they help you in all the way possible.

The leadership at this org has really stepped up in recent months to address some very challenging situations. The communication regarding shortages and alterations has improved a lot and the efforts are very appreciated.
