2-19-26 345pm wife and I driving home and trying to get in right lane but bus 311 decided it had to speed up and blow past us on the right. Then he proceeded to blow across the railroad tracks with out even slowing down. If I remember right isn’t it the law for busses to stop at railroad crossings? I read another review someone wrote about smart. And I noticed the same. It seems like they drive like they are on a race track.

The absolute worse experience I have ever had with a transit system, the route driver was driving like they were auditioning for a spot in NASCAR. In winter conditions??

I used several bus systems in Minnesota. Of all that I used, this one and Waconia's were the lowest quality. My opinion here is mixed. There are pros and cons. I do appreciate them working with me and getting me around. But I have 2 major complaints: 1. They ran late a LOT. And sometimes severely late. 2. They really need benches at prime bus stops in town. My husband scheduled a ride on the 19th of December around 3:30 pm for a meeting with Semcac for the 20th. All they had was early time available it was fine so we took it. Then when my husband called to be sure what time it was on the 20th the person that answered the phone said that there was no scheduled time for us ofc there was I'm a witness of my husband calling. We waited in the motel waiting room waiting on them.

Best transit company I’ve ever used! Staff is very friendly! Misty is the best! Never had a problem with this place! Excellent work!
