I can understand why your rating is a 2.5. A very late pickup from Stella Maris. When we arrived close to my home about 20 min away, I noticed i was short.of breath (I'm on oxygen 24/7). When the driver checked his tank he was quick to apologize that it was empty. Fortunately, a friend followed us home and hurried in my home to get my Inogen portable oxygen and brought it to me in the ambulance. His reason was that they were very busy. Poor excuse!! If you ever go to Stella Maris (horrible place) tell them you want to choose... read more
