Terrible customer service, not sure if the guy is the owner but definitely didn’t have an admin person in the office and showed me and my partner a lot of attitude. The only reason took my car there was for a blue slip, easy done, no problem with the car. But very very poor service when it comes to respect with the clients. At least from my experience.
First time using smart torque and was very happy with the service and work carried out. Explained everything to me as well as answering any questions I asked. I'll definitely be back for anymore work on my car.
