Lisa and Bob are incredibly knowledgeable in ways to save money with office machines/service/leases. They bent over backwards with clear precise information so I could visibly see and how would make sense to go with them. Please know they are very honest as well. Thank you both!!
Eddie and the Smart Tech team are amazing! Extremely organized, able to optimize project management, and are absolutely great to work with. They are able to assist with any printer (or extra tech needs) needs no matter how small or large the need may be. Keep up the excellent work!
We ahve been working with Eddie Steelman and his team to roll out Ricohs in all of our 470 locations and I have to say, it has been one of the best experiences. It doesn't feel like we are working with a vendor on this. He and his team work like they are working for Everstory! I know we have a ways to go with this rollout but I am already looking forward to the next one (whatever that may be)!

I have recently needed some assistance with my computer / printer and Thomas Walters (Help Desk) has been nothing short of amazing in working through the issues.
