Smart Technology was extremely unprofessional. I brought a laptop over to check if the microphone was properly installed as it was not showing in the device management. 30 mins after I dropped the laptop, they called me and said that they ran a driver update and that the microphone now worked. I went home and checked the result of their work and my laptop still did not show any audio input. Clearly, they didn't even bother to open the laptop and check if a microphone was physically installed.
