This was my first time doing my taxes with them. My accountant retired. I'm satisfied I chose them. I spoke to Nicholas who helped me a lot. He very knowledgeable & patient. I was unable meet him in person due I'm recovering from surgery. I was able do it online. I differently recommend them. Nicholas thank you. You are now my accountant lol.
Matt was a great tax preparer. He was very informative and helping, will definitely be coming back next tax season
Nick Moroz is a walking Angel on earth. He allowed me to email my tax documents as PDF files & completed them. He also filed them electronically to the IRS & NYS electronically in less than 10 minutes. The Team at New ERA Tax Service are a special group of people. I will continue to use each tax year again & again each year, GOD willing.
