I am extremely disappointed in the way this company operates. The lack of communication and professionalism is appalling. They have consistently ignored calls and failed to address questions about overcharging, despite their prior assurance that they would not file a return until all necessary information was provided. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Smart taxx It is not BBB accredited and has an F rating. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!! They are fraud and the owner hides behind her IG page. They blocked me once I told people the truth. They stole $1853 from a disabled person
I called into this place for a quote on my taxes. I was told to fill out a form and they would email me and if I agree then I sign the paperwork and they do my taxes. I filled out the form and got an email about a hour later saying they filed my taxes!!! I NEVER wanted to use this company, I was seeing if Jackson Hewitt had given me the right amount of so far.
