I do not recommend SST Security! The biggest issue wasn’t even the cancellation itself—it was how they handled it. Their contract requires customers to provide 30 days’ notice to cancel, which I did. Instead of allowing my monitoring to continue through the end of my contract on August 18, 2026, SST terminated my service immediately without any advance warning. Your lights on the equipment are too bright and strobing which is disturbing the enviroment at night.
I really like this firm. Great customer care. System works great! From the sales manager to the tech was treated with a high degree of respect. Would highly recommend!
