Very mistrust in this company. Applied and paid online. No mention or requirements online to have to set up mandatory automatic payment. I get access code and unit number with online confirmation email. Then next day I get a phone call from someone saying I have to set up automatic payment and that they cannot use my debit card andcan only use my checking account information then telling me a few minutes later that they can use my debit card information. Very shady not putting all requirements up front.
Great for storage large units but I was there to pickup a Uhaul trailer the lady there was kind and informative she helped me get a power wire swapped out because the first one didn't work
Very upscale climate controlled facility and they sell boxes and rent uhauls. One stop shopping!
