Henry was helpful and reached out when I ordered the same item twice due to a glitch. The product was easy to assemble and install and is a welcome addition to our garage space.
We recently ordered 5 boxes of the shelving units from Smart Storage. The supplier made sure, by phoning us, that we were receiving the right product as well as giving up all the required details for not just the product itself but also all the instructions for installation. We had a great experience from start to finish with Smart Storage Solutions. Henry was very helpful in guiding us on the best solution and was flexible when we wanted to make changes. Our solution included supply and installation of garage wall mounted shelves, Duratrax storage system and a power tool organiser. Your garage shelves are well designed, features like holes that join two shelves together, allowing the brackets to be placed at multiple locations and the little clamps that hold down the shelves against the bracket are great Engineering wise you shelves should be able to hold 100kg distributed but I used a bigger screw to make them really sturdy. In the photo, bigger screw is from your competitor, smaller black one from you.
