Very helpful and patient with my lack of knowledge. Got through some technical glitches. Max gave me his personal information and walked me through everything until I was totally set up. I'm very happy with service and the unit. Would definitely tell others to utilize this company!
Been renting a unit for quite awhile here and ive been happy. Management is great, anything I had an issue with was addressed asap.
I rented an additional unit with My Storage. On my first visit I was unable to gain entry battery issue. I contacted My Spot by phone. I explained the problem Iris handled the issue in a very quick and efficient manner allowing me to have access to my unit. Thanks very much.
