So far it’s been a hassle! Got storage mid July and received an email in August saying had to redo payment info cause they ‘changed computer system’. Updated payment info again for monthly billing. Just got an email the other day saying I’m locked out of my unit and payment overdue. My credit card was given on file when storage space initially reserved and authorized for automatic monthly billing! And then again when system changed! Signed up over the phone was very easy and got in right away , im so amazed with the the service it was great and the person on the phone was very polite
The owners of the new MY STORAGE SPOT Did the Unthinkable and apparently auctioned my storage unit off despite payment arrangements agreed to and the payment was made as promised. Every thing I own and more was it that unit. Perhaps a call or email would have been made but they chose not to do it as curtesy. No notice except for a dumb email to me saying Auction Winner?
