The owners of the new MY STORAGE SPOT Did the Unthinkable and apparently auctioned my storage unit off despite payment arrangements agreed to and the payment was made as promised. Every thing I own and more was it that unit. Perhaps a call or email would have been made but they chose not to do it as curtesy. No notice except for a dumb email to me saying Auction Winner? staff was excellent, very smooth and fast set up. highly recommend!
Signed up on line with ease. Called for assistance with downloading the NOKE app and had a wonderful support person walk me through. She was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. When I went to the storage facilities the entry system was simple and quick to use. Storage unit was clean and I love how the system unlocks the unit and locks when done. Great use of technology. I recommend this storage company most highly!!
