Signed up on line with ease. Called for assistance with downloading the NOKE app and had a wonderful support person walk me through. She was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. When I went to the storage facilities the entry system was simple and quick to use. Storage unit was clean and I love how the system unlocks the unit and locks when done. Great use of technology. I recommend this storage company most highly!!
Easy app to use, super convenient location and very secure.
AVOID!! I'd give 0 star if I could. The battery on the lock of my unit died and it took them almost 2 weeks to fix the problem. I leased the biggest size as I was moving and stored most of my belongings, including my kids stuff. I even rented trucks twice as they told me it'd be fixed by a specific day and it wasn't so I paid for the rentals for nothing. I tried to reach someone at the phone number provided on the day that I was locked out of my unit and after trying multiple times and waiting there for an hour I left. I got... read more
