Been trying to get an appointment for a week. First guy told me they don’t do push to start and hung up on me. This is my first offense so idk how it works. Asked a friend who he goes through since he has push to start, it was smart start. So I was lied to. Finally got a hold of someone, said they are gonna put me on a brief hold while they contact the Saint Cloud place, been on hold for 50 minutes now. And still nowhere. Edit: have to hang up as I’ve been waiting while at work. They are the worst for real
Let me get one thing straight, Smart Start is so much better than Intoxalock. So, believe it or not, things could be worse. With that being said... I've been with Smart Start since November 2021, and I've seen the monthly fee rise a decent amount. It is one of the hardest companies to get ahold of over the phone. I've been trying to get ahold of them for about a week, and haven't been able to reach an actual person... I just instantly get put on hold for 20 minutes at a time. Once I am enrolled, I can not speak to anyone to see why my monthly fee has reached $179 per month. It has slowly risen over the years, and I want to know why. Since I am enrolled, I can not speak to anyone about that. It seems to me that once they have you, they will not answer any questions or even let you talk to anyone. Very very poorly ran. I pay over 300 a month to have a device in my car the least they can do is answer their phone line on a Monday afternoon… can you imagine being in a situation where your device does not allow you to go anywhere and you can’t reach anyone ?
