Nearly nonexistent customer service. No one answers the phone. Stuart (Stu) at Bedrock motors in Rogers is great. He knows the program better than anyone, and yet he can still be flummoxed by this whole system. This program is difficult from the state to the interlock company. Nearly nonexistent customer service. One out of 20 calls, emails, online chats get responses. I will say a few of the reps do their very best to help when you CAN reach a person. Those are the local ones. The rest are not equipped for my state. I have never ever experienced such a lack of response. Horrible. Inconsistency in the answers on removal and end of program. No idea why someone would give this company a negative review! They are the best in the business! Extremely happy with their service overall. I was able to retain my driving staus, because of Smart Start MN.

well can't give less than 1 start. the people at the office are constantly hanging up on me in the middle of our conversation thery have bad service and unprofessional on the phone don't use smart start as your interlock program. Art putz has been the only person that would talk to me and try to help me solve my problem.
