Worst service ever. Fees are high compared to other companies. Even worse if you ever have problems with your device don't expect assistance from them to be easy. I've had ny car towed fo their shop due to a malfunction of my device. I was promised reimbursement from the company after the fact. Come to find out the service team isnt even in the US and it's very difficult to someone on the phone pertaining to your scenario. My husband had an interlock installed on October 10th and was told that the paperwork would be uploaded to the MVD at midnight that night. He went to the MVD the following day and they hadn’t sent it, we figured it might take some time, however, we just went back today (25th) and they STILL never sent it in. Now we’re being told 3-5 business days. So we’ll have been paying for this interlock for at least 3 weeks for no reason. We called customer service and the person refused to escalate the call. Horrible. Bait and switch company
Horrible company who did not disclose proper pricing. Indicated it was $50 to $70 for removal of device and fund out it is $160.00. Also i enrolled in auto pay but they still charged the price for non auto pay... Do Not use this company for anything
They dont answer your calls!! Needed help with a faulty device had to drive to shop 10 times !!!!
