The guy at cooloroo on my last service really disappointed me. Up until that service I was completely satisfied with the service from the lady that usually would do the service. On the final time it was a male that I was unfamiliar with. He had bad manners and a poor attitude toward me as a customer. He did not offer new mouth piece, he didn’t warn me about the horn going off which was a bit of a shock, he answered my questions poorly and gave me incorrect information. Consider going somewhere else! Mel, who seemed cordial at first, is not really into customer service and quite rude. They will make you wait and wait and wait, for no apparent reason other than they can't be bothered. The level of rudeness I experienced from this company in store and over the phone is beyond belief. As you can see, I rarely give bad reviews, but it is warranted in this case to warn the public that all is not as it seems. Accountability in this day and age is not taken seriously. About 4yrs ago I left a review which I still believe in. It wasn't a good one. But in the past 12 months certain individuals at smart start coolaroo I feel have gone above and beyond in there excellent customer servicing towards me and I have to acknowledge it. So this is to say thank you I'm only sorry I know some of your names and not all of them or I would be naming you all. I just don't wanna leave anyone out. So thank you very much to all the staff there . Most sincerely appreciated
