The guy at cooloroo on my last service really disappointed me. Up until that service I was completely satisfied with the service from the lady that usually would do the service. On the final time it was a male that I was unfamiliar with. He had bad manners and a poor attitude toward me as a customer. He did not offer new mouth piece, he didn’t warn me about the horn going off which was a bit of a shock, he answered my questions poorly and gave me incorrect information. Consider going somewhere else! Mel, who seemed cordial at first, is not really into customer service and quite rude. They will make you wait and wait and wait, for no apparent reason other than they can't be bothered. The level of rudeness I experienced from this company in store and over the phone is beyond belief. As you can see, I rarely give bad reviews, but it is warranted in this case to warn the public that all is not as it seems. Accountability in this day and age is not taken seriously.
