Shocking service, sold me a dodgy breathalyser that came up with 0000 when my interlock said 0.013, apon bringing this to their attention I sent it back, which was like pulling hens teeth to even talk to someone to start the process, then had to call back 4 times over two weeks, had to explain the situation every time, no notes taken, all to finally be told (after my 5th phone call) that it meets their standards, I asked how that can be possible and was told that there will be no refund as it works. Terrible customer service and sell dodgy brethos! Don't even come up with a reading when I was over the limit on my Interlock?? And apon finally being able to send it back they told me it is up to the Australian standards? Do not do business with these crooks

Buyer beware. Unfortunately I had to give one star to activate the review comments. Absolutely appalling business. 30 day return policy is total rubbish. My son bought an Ajen breathalyser from this company after it was recommended by his Alcohol awareness course after losing his licence. It was critical that this devise was accurate for his next 3 years on a 0.00 BAL. The devise was not accurate at all. It registered a 0.00 reading after a previous night of consuming alcohol and he tested against his Draeger interlock in hi... read more

Your 30 day return policy is garbage. Your breathalysers are not accurate and your customer service is appalling, I'm not sure how you are still able to be in business offering your unreliable product
