Never ever again. The Smart Start unit was installed Dec 24. I had it replaced with a Draeger unit in Mar 25. A total disaster during that period. They refused to remove it. I took them to QCAT. I won the case and was awarded approximately $1300. The cost of installation, 2 months service fees, $200 for an independent installer to remove it and replace it with a Draeger unit, plus the court fees. I suggest do not deal with this mob. This company is nothing but a government endorsed scam. They will build unfair and sneaky violations into the headset software, then blame you and try to extort hundreds of dollars from you to remotely unlock it. Do not risk being left stranded somewhere when it locks you out, choose any other provider than this dodgy operation.

Aweful service. They misquoted on the installation costs by 40% (emails and receipts to prove). The head unit has been replaced 3 times because faulty (no compensation for my time and effort to replace), the cable replaced as kept cutting out and have the audacity to charge $90 for an unlock fee. Totally unscrupulous! Hope I never have to use these clowns again.

Called to ask for assistance with mobilising a vehicle that had been involved in a motor vehicle accident and the driver wasn’t with car. Got told BY LAW I need to fill out a form & email it in for then to over ride the gadget. At a Prang.! Ambos put oxygen air nozzle on it and it started! You’d think they’d access the camera and see police sitting in seat, but old mate had a mm of authority and wanted to feel important for a second.
