The device lock me out im with my daughter in the middle of no where spending my money in hotel because this people have fake advertising that they have 24/7 customers service is not true at all ! Rating the HQ as I believe the company culture is the bulk of their problem. They are quick to get you setup and then treat you like trash from that point forward. Getting a hold of customer service is an absolute joke. It will take you literal hours to get a hold of someone on the phone. Then they will not give you a direct answer about anything. Example: my vehicle had a recall in the time period we had a safety device installed. I waited on the phone for hours to ask how to proceed with service. They told me that the shop... read more

Raising prices from roughly 3 dollars to roughly four dollars a day is ludicrous. A 33% raise of prices isn't an inflation increase, it's an exploitative one. They also don't prorate the fee if you come in a couple days early. They charge the full month regardless. Shameful, honestly.
